Ingredients
- 1lb elbow macaroni cooked
- 1 ½ – 2 lb sharp cheddar shredded (NOT the pre shredded, it has anti caking agents in it)
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp Mom Mom Spice Original or Smoked whichever you prefer
Instructions
In a foil lasagna pan, add about an inch or so of cooked elbows. Cover with shredded cheddar, and lay out multiple thin pats of butter and a light sprinkling of Mom Mom Spice. Repeat process. (the more layers the better!). When pan is full, top with a good amount of remaining cheese and pats of butter. Add milk.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes or until all cheese is browned. The crispy edges are some peoples favorite!
