Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 8oz cream chees
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk
- Apricot, raspberry, fig, or strawberry jam
Instructions
Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in sugar. Stir together flour and salt and blend into creamed mixture. Divide dough into ¼’s and refrigerate overnight. Roll 1dough at a time onto lightly floured surface. Cut into 2” squares. Dot filling in middle and bring opposite corners to the middle. Pinch to hold closed. Bake at 350° until firm but nor brown. Cool on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar when cooled.
