Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell’s condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp thyme or rosemary
- 1 tsp Mom Mom Spice Original or Smoked
- 1 cup partially cooked, or quick cooked brown rice
- 4 chicken breasts (skinless/boneless)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. In a shallow baking dish mix soup, water, thyme (or rosemary), and rice. Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with Mom Mom Spice. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes
